1) Overview of the Service

Tapylapy helps people discover, save, organize, and share visual ideas. To improve your experience, we show you content that may be relevant to you based on your activity on and off Tapylapy, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What you see may include promotional content from advertisers or merchants, which we clearly label.

2) Using Tapylapy

(A) Eligibility & Account Creation

• Tapylapy may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years old.
• We do not allow use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18, in order to maintain legal awareness, social responsibility, and personal accountability on the platform.
• If a person under 18 uses the platform by providing inaccurate information or without our knowledge, responsibility rests with that person and whoever permitted such use. Tapylapy is not responsible for parental or guardian negligence or failure of supervision.
• Using Tapylapy may require automatic software updates.
• When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your password and login credentials confidential.

(B) Usage Limits

You agree not to:

• Copy or harvest Tapylapy data or content by automated means without our express permission.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or data.
• Violate applicable export controls, trade sanctions, or other regulations.
• Reverse engineer the Service or create derivative works except as permitted by law or our licenses.

(C) License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use Tapylapy under these Terms and our policies.

(D) Commercial Use

• If you use Tapylapy for commercial purposes (ads, selling, shop, etc.), you must create a Business Account and agree to Tapylapy Business Terms.
• If you open an account for an entity, you represent you have legal authority to bind that entity.

3) User Content

(A) Your Responsibility

“User Content” includes images, videos, comments, links, and any materials you upload or post. You remain the owner of your rights in your content and are solely responsible for it and for complying with the law and our policies (including Community Guidelines).

Posting content that infringes others’ rights or is illegal is prohibited. We may remove or restrict violating content and take action on violating accounts.

(B) License You Grant to Us and Others

By uploading or posting content, you grant Tapylapy and its users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, publicly display, reproduce, save, modify, translate, distribute, and promote the content on and off the Service as needed to operate, improve, and promote Tapylapy.

(C) How Recommendations Work

Recommendations are based on your interactions, topics we think fit your interests, and patterns from similar users. You can adjust some personalization settings in Privacy & Data.

(D) Retention of Content

When content is deleted or an account is closed, we may retain backups for a reasonable period. Copies saved or re-shared by other users may remain available to them.

(E) Ownership of Content and Platform Transactions

Anything you purchase, publish, upload, create, or share on Tapylapy remains, in principle, your property or subject to your legal rights depending on the nature of that content or digital asset, unless applicable law or a separate agreement states otherwise.

However, you agree that if the platform permanently ceases operation, is merged, sold, transferred to another legal entity, or permanently discontinues certain services, Tapylapy may transfer, preserve, archive, manage, or otherwise process content, data, and service-related operational rights to the extent necessary to wind down, transfer, or comply with legal and regulatory obligations, as permitted by law.

This does not necessarily mean transferring your personal ownership beyond what the law permits, but you agree in advance to any legal, operational, or organizational steps reasonably required to manage content and data if the service is discontinued or transferred.

(F) Your Full Responsibility for Your Actions and Content

You are the first and final person responsible for everything you do on Tapylapy, including posting, buying, selling, promoting, commenting, messaging, uploading files, sharing links, and any other interaction through the platform.

You alone bear all legal, civil, criminal, regulatory, or financial consequences arising from your actions, content, or dealings on the platform. Tapylapy is not responsible for your misuse of the Service or your violation of laws or others’ rights.

(G) Feedback & Suggestions

If you share ideas or feedback, you agree we may use them without any obligation of payment or confidentiality and that you will not provide third-party confidential information.

(H) Reporting Channels

We provide mechanisms to report content you believe violates the law or our policies. Reports must be made in good faith and without abuse.

4) Intellectual Property

• We respect IP rights and respond to notices per law and our IP Policy.
• All rights in Tapylapy’s technology, design, and trademarks belong to us and our licensors.
• Users do not acquire ownership in the Service itself.

(A) Anti-Piracy and Anti-Theft Commitment

Tapylapy is a constructive platform and supports individuals, companies, and rights holders in combating piracy, intellectual theft, unauthorized copying, and misuse of creative works.

We continuously strive to remove content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, as well as stolen or unlawfully copied content. However, due to the nature of user-generated content, mistakes or delays in detection may occasionally occur.

We therefore welcome good-faith and properly supported reports regarding stolen or infringing material, and we will review and take appropriate action within a reasonable time and as quickly as practicable under our internal procedures.

5) Security & Legal Cooperation

We work to protect accounts and content, but no service is perfectly secure. Keep your password safe and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

(A) Cooperation with Authorities and Legal Obligations

Tapylapy may preserve, use, or disclose account data, content, technical logs, or other information related to your use of the Service if required by law, court order, lawful governmental request, or when we reasonably believe in good faith that such action is necessary to investigate unlawful activity, prevent harm, protect users, protect the platform, or protect the public.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that Tapylapy may cooperate with competent authorities in matters involving crime, threats, extortion, violence, fraud, rights violations, or any conduct that may endanger individuals, the public, or the state, in accordance with applicable law.

(B) Respect for National Laws and Social Norms

Tapylapy seeks to respect the laws, regulations, and general social norms of the countries and communities in which it operates or reaches, and works to limit content or behavior that promotes destruction, threats to public order, domestic violence, intimidation, social corruption, or other harmful conduct rejected by law or society.

The platform is intended as a constructive means of positive and responsible use, not as a tool for abuse, disruption, or disorder, and we reserve the right to remove or restrict any content or account that conflicts with these principles.

(C) Public Peace and Safety Policy

Tapylapy supports peace and safety and opposes criminal, threatening, terrorizing, or violent conduct. If any user is found using the platform to threaten killing, engage in extortion, incite violence, disturb social peace, support criminal behavior, or spread fear among people, we may suspend, delete, or restrict the account and may cooperate with the relevant authorities as permitted by law.

We welcome peaceful users who use the platform lawfully and ethically. Users who attempt to harm others or society are not welcome.

6) Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, products, or policies. Your use of them is at your own risk.

7) Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our policies, or the law. Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice and may offer an appeal process. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

8) Indemnification

If you use the Service for commercial purposes without complying with Business Terms, or cause claims due to your use, you agree to indemnify Tapylapy and its affiliates and employees for reasonable claims and losses (including attorneys’ fees) as permitted by law.

9) Disclaimer

Tapylapy and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, or that all content will always be accurate or complete.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is capped at US $100 (or the equivalent in your local currency), except where the law does not allow such limitations.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Before any formal legal process, both you and Tapylapy agree to try informal resolution by emailing [email protected] with a description of the dispute and contact details. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days after we acknowledge your email, it may proceed as described below.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Right to Pursue Infringement: Notwithstanding the above, Tapylapy reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against any user in the competent courts of their country of residence or where the harm occurred (including, but not limited to, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or defamation).
• EEA, UK & Swiss Users: Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may apply, and you may bring claims in your local courts as required by law.

12) Advertising & Public Content — Responsibility and Protection

Publishing Responsibility. You are solely responsible for any content you post on Tapylapy, including commercial ads and public or personal content. You confirm you have all rights and that your content complies with applicable laws and Tapylapy policies.

No Tapylapy Responsibility. Tapylapy is not the publisher of user content and does not endorse it. We are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or consequences.

Protection of Marks & Personalities. We provide strong reporting and enforcement tools to protect against trademark misuse, impersonation, unlawful defamation, misleading ads, and other harmful uses. We may remove or limit such content or take account-level action.

Limits of Protection & Free Expression. This protection does not restrict lawful opinions or non-defamatory criticism. We may ask for documentation before acting and do not guarantee removal unless content violates law or our policies.

Advertiser Obligations. If your content is promotional/advertising, you must clearly disclose it, comply with advertising and consumer-protection laws, and not imply sponsorship, partnership, or licensing unless true and authorized.

Indemnification & Content Responsibility. You are fully responsible for any claims arising from your advertising or public content and agree to defend and indemnify Tapylapy and its employees from related damages and costs.

13) Peace, Safety & Prohibited Content

Tapylapy strictly prohibits any content or activity involving bloodshed, killing, mutilation, torture, incitement to physical harm, or glorification of violent crimes against any human being or any living creature.

The platform also prohibits publishing any images, videos, or materials showing firearms with live ammunition or their use in a threatening, promotional, criminal, or inciting manner, as well as any content intended to intimidate, terrorize, or spread violence.

We may remove such content immediately, restrict access to it, disable related accounts, or cooperate with competent authorities where necessary and as permitted by law.

14) General Terms

(A) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the latest version on our site and notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Tapylapy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new version.

(B) Assignment & Transfer

You may not assign these Terms or transfer your rights without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or lawful successor with notice where appropriate. If you do not agree to an assignment, you may close your account.

(C) Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Tapylapy regarding the Service. If any provision is found invalid, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the rest will remain in force.

(D) No Waiver

Our failure or delay to exercise any right does not waive that right.

(E) Final Acknowledgment of Responsibility

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, and that you bear full responsibility for your conduct, actions, content, and dealings on Tapylapy.

You further acknowledge that Tapylapy is intended to promote peace among peaceful users, and that any use contrary to law, safety, rights, or public peace may expose your account to restriction, removal, or legal action.
