How we handle reports
We provide reporting tools across chats, accounts, comments, live streams, and user profiles.
We aim to review important reports as quickly as possible, typically within 24 to 48 hours, with faster action for urgent safety threats or CSAE-related content. Some complex cases may take additional time.
Actions we may take
- Remove violating content.
- Temporarily or permanently restrict or suspend accounts.
- Limit access to comments, chats, live streams, or visibility features.
- Block abusive users and reduce the possibility of repeated abuse.
- Cooperate with competent authorities when there is a real safety risk or serious legal violation.
Safety in interactions
Chats, comments, and live streams must not be used for abuse, threats, harassment, blackmail, violent content, or targeting children.
Your private messages are confidential and protected, and we do not proactively monitor them. However, when a conversation is reported, only the reported portion is made available to our safety team for review, under our Privacy Policy.
Users can report or block others directly inside the app. Reports are reviewed based on severity and urgency.
