This policy explains how coin top-ups, refunds, earnings, withdrawals, and related financial controls work on Tapylapy, including the platform’s protective rights to review, hold, suspend, or reject transactions where necessary.
1) Scope & Definitions
This policy applies to all payments inside Tapylapy related to coins, virtual balance, earnings, rewards, and withdrawals. It may not govern other services or products that have separate policies.
- Coins: virtual balance used inside Tapylapy for purchases, support, or platform features. Coins are not cash, bank deposits, or stored-value money.
- Coin top-up: any transaction in which you pay real money to receive coins in your Tapylapy account.
- Earnings or rewards: any balance, proceeds, or amounts generated from your activity on the platform, such as sales, support, or platform-defined reward mechanisms.
- Withdrawal: an approved payout process that allows you to receive eligible earnings after review and approval.
2) Coin Top-Up & Use
- You may top up coins through the payment methods made available by Tapylapy in supported currencies.
- After successful payment, your money is converted into virtual coins shown in your account for use inside Tapylapy only.
- Coins cannot be used outside Tapylapy and are not a bank account, deposit product, or freely transferable monetary instrument.
- You are responsible for reviewing the transaction details before confirming a top-up, including the amount, currency, payment method, and intended account.
3) No-Refund Policy
Once a coin top-up is successfully completed and the balance appears in your account, the transaction is final and non-refundable. Tapylapy does not refund coin purchases, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a clear technical error caused by Tapylapy.
- Not using your coins or changing your mind after purchase does not entitle you to a refund.
- User-side mistakes, including incorrect account, amount, or payment details, are not valid grounds for a refund.
- Tapylapy may request documents or additional information in the event of a payment dispute or objection.
4) Bonus & Promo Coins
Tapylapy may sometimes provide free coins, bonuses, or promotional rewards through campaigns, contests, support programs, or internal reward systems.
- Promo or bonus coins are intended for in-platform use only.
- Free or promotional coins cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Promo or bonus coins may not count as earnings eligible for withdrawal.
- Tapylapy may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or reward program at any time.
5) Earnings Withdrawals (Future Feature)
If Tapylapy enables an earnings withdrawal feature, withdrawals will apply only to eligible earnings or rewards generated from your activity on the platform, not to funds you personally used to top up coins.
- Identity verification, payout verification, banking details, or additional compliance checks may be required before any withdrawal is approved.
- Withdrawal is not an automatic or absolute right and remains subject to review, internal controls, and legal compliance requirements.
- Tapylapy may set minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts, waiting periods, eligibility conditions, and supported payout methods.
6) Earnings Verification & Legitimacy
Tapylapy reserves the right to review all earnings, rewards, balances, or withdrawal requests before approving any payout in order to verify their legitimacy, source, compliance status, and consistency with platform rules and applicable law.
- We may review the source of earnings, activity history, patterns of support, transaction behavior, or related sales or interactions.
- We may delay, deny, or stop a withdrawal if we detect suspicious, abnormal, unauthorized, policy-violating, or legally questionable activity.
- Earnings do not become “withdrawable” until they pass internal review and any verification we reasonably require.
7) Top-Up & Withdrawal Limits
Tapylapy may impose minimum or maximum limits on top-ups, withdrawals, support flows, receipt of rewards, or other internal value transfers, whether globally or based on account type, jurisdiction, verification level, or risk profile.
- Top-up and withdrawal limits may differ from one user to another.
- We may change such limits at any time to protect the platform’s financial system, comply with law, or reduce fraud and abuse.
- The existence of financial or operational limits is a legitimate risk-control measure and does not create any entitlement to unrestricted access.
8) Fees & Taxes
If withdrawals are enabled, earnings and payouts may be subject to service fees, transfer fees, taxes, or other deductions in accordance with applicable law and Tapylapy’s published rules.
- Standard withdrawal fee: Tapylapy deducts USD 10 for every USD 100 withdrawn (approximately 10%), or the equivalent in the applicable currency, unless otherwise stated.
- Additional bank, payment-provider, conversion, or wire fees may apply and are outside Tapylapy’s control.
- You are responsible for any personal tax reporting, declarations, or liabilities arising from your earnings or withdrawals.
9) Freezing, Holds & Suspension
Tapylapy may freeze, hold, suspend, delay, restrict, or reserve any earnings, rewards, payouts, support flows, top-ups, or withdrawals if the platform believes there is a legitimate legal, operational, financial, compliance, or security reason to do so.
- This includes suspected fraud, money laundering, unusual activity, policy violations, payment disputes, abuse signals, or serious reports.
- We may place payouts or rewards on hold while a review, verification process, or request for supporting documents is ongoing.
- We may also reject, reverse, withhold, or cancel certain earnings if they are found to be invalid, abusive, unauthorized, or generated in violation of platform rules.
10) AML, Fraud & Financial Safety
Tapylapy is committed to fighting money laundering, fraud, unlawful financing, and misuse of financial systems within the platform, and may cooperate, where appropriate, with competent authorities or legally responsible bodies in accordance with applicable law.
- We may monitor top-up, withdrawal, support, and transaction patterns to detect abnormal or suspicious financial behavior.
- We may require proof of identity, source of funds, supporting documentation, or enhanced verification before allowing certain transactions.
- We may block, limit, delay, or reject any transaction we reasonably believe may involve money laundering, fraud, concealment of funds, or other financial abuse.
11) Chargebacks & Misuse
Attempting to reverse a payment through your bank or payment provider after using those funds to obtain coins, without a valid reason, may be treated as abuse, bad faith, or fraud.
- Tapylapy may freeze accounts, restrict features, or suspend balances where abusive chargebacks are suspected.
- We may recover or deduct losses, fees, penalties, or damages caused by unjustified chargebacks from your balance, earnings, or future payouts.
- Repeated misuse may lead to permanent suspension and further legal or regulatory escalation where appropriate.
12) Platform Protective Rights
To protect its financial, operational, and legal interests, Tapylapy reserves the right to take any reasonable or necessary action to prevent losses, abuse, exploitation, systemic risk, regulatory exposure, or contractual harm.
- We may stop, limit, deny, or suspend top-ups, withdrawals, support flows, or earnings features at any time where legitimate interests require it.
- We may request additional documents or conduct renewed verification of the account, identity, transaction history, or related activity.
- We may correct accounting or technical errors, reverse balances, or cancel earnings generated through bugs, abuse, exploits, or policy violations.
- We may revise or revoke a user’s eligibility for earnings, rewards, support, or withdrawal features based on our reasonable assessment.
13) Changes to This Policy
Tapylapy may update this policy from time to time, especially when changing fees, thresholds, withdrawal rules, verification requirements, financial compliance rules, or platform features.
The latest version will be posted on this page and becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. For material changes, we will try to provide clearer notice inside the platform.
