Request deletion of your Tapylapy account

This page explains how to delete your Tapylapy account and the data associated with it.

How to delete your account inside the app

You can delete your account directly inside the Tapylapy app by following these steps:

Open the Tapylapy app.
Sign in to your account.
Go to your profile page.
Tap Edit Profile.
Open the Delete Account section.
Complete the confirmation step and agree to the deletion.
Tap the Delete Account button to confirm your request.

If you cannot access your account

If you cannot sign in or no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Please send an email to: [email protected]

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include your username or the email address linked to your account so we can verify the request.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we may delete or anonymize the following data:

Profile information such as name, username, and profile photo.
Posts, videos, or images you uploaded.
Comments, likes, and follows linked to your account.
Account data and usage preferences.

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Request processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within a reasonable period after account ownership is verified. Some data may take additional time to be removed from backups or technical logs.
